I'm in the process of cancelling my &More credit card due to repeated poor service when trying to carry out even basic requests.
In fact, it's taking ages just to cancel my account because they can't even do that right. My account is slightly in credit so they have to pay this back to me before they can cancel the account. I've now been waiting 13 days for this with no action.
I had exactly the same situation with a previous Virgin credit card but they were excellent and sorted everything within three days
On top of the delays their systems keep crashing and they take 2-3 working days to respond to a basic email
